Room Temperature/Pressure

Practical experience has demonstrated that incorrect designed ceiling air system can be disrupted by the heat generated from lighting and medical personnel body.  In fact, a 10℃ higher in room temperature compared with the air from Ceiling Air System is capable to affect the isolation of outside air flow entering into the operation room. This problem can now be solved by our latest designed Ultra Clean Ceiling System.

To further enhance the clearness of the air in the operation room, there is a need to create a negative air pressure environment between the operation room and other impure air surroundings. Our advanced system is capable to maintain precisely the air pressure in the operation room set at 15-25 Pa while the impure air corridor areas set at +5 Pa to -5 Pa.  As a result of this design, the high pressure air flow from operation room to external low air pressure area is effectively locked to ensure the room is kept in a clean and hygienic mode.
